FRM - Banner

FRMs serve as liaisons between providers and Access Central. They are HIPAA certified and can provide updates regarding patient cases and follow up on special cases as needed.

Additionally, FRMs may help educate on:

  • Coverage and reimbursement landscape for all available Daiichi Sankyo products and patient support programs
  • Available support for benefit investigations, prior authorizations, and claims appeals
  • Publicly available local and national policies for on-label use
