TURALIO Copay Program

The TURALIO Copay Program can help you with your out-of-pocket costs if you have commercial or private insurance.

Commercial (or private) insurance is any insurance not provided by the government. If you have commercial insurance, you most likely get it through your work, your parent's or spouse's work, or a healthcare exchange.

Eligible patients may pay as little as $0 per prescription.
Your doctor or Biologics will let you know if you qualify once your doctor writes your prescription.

If you are eligible, you could save up to $25,000 a year in copay assistance.

  • You and your doctor can fill out the Patient Enrollment Form and send it to Biologics
  • Biologics can sign you up over the phone (1-800-850-4306)
  • You or your doctor's office can sign you up online here

To be eligible for copay assistance, you must have commercial insurance. There are no income requirements for eligibility.

This program is available to eligible patients with commercial insurance. Patients with government healthcare insurance are not eligible, including patients with Medicare, Medicaid, Medigap, TRICARE, Veterans Affairs, Department of Defense, or any state-funded programs. To continue getting copay assistance, patients must reapply for the program at the start of each year. Benefits paid through this program cannot be repaid by any third party. Patients may be required to tell their insurance company about any benefits taken from the program. The program is not insurance. Daiichi Sankyo reserves the right to cancel or change the program at any time without notice.

If you have government insurance (such as Medicare or Medicaid), please refer to the Support for Patients With Government Insurance tab above to learn about your options for help with out-of-pocket costs.
