TURALIO Patient Assistance Program

The TURALIO Patient Assistance Program helps eligible uninsured, underinsured, or Medicare patients who are unable to meet their out-of-pocket costs with access to TURALIO.

You do not have insurance or your insurance does not cover TURALIO (can apply to commercial or government insurance).

Daiichi Sankyo Access Central may be able to help. If you have Medicare and are unable to meet your out-of-pocket costs for TURALIO, you may be eligible for the TURALIO Patient Assistance Program. Once your doctor writes your prescription, Daiichi Sankyo Access Central will contact you if you are eligible for this program. If you are eligible, TURALIO will be shipped to your home or preferred location.

Through this program, you may be eligible to get TURALIO at no cost.

Basic eligibility requirements for the TURALIO Patient Assistance Program are as follows:

  • You must have been prescribed TURALIO
  • You must be a resident of the United States
  • You must not have insurance, private or government, that covers TURALIO
  • Your annual income must be at or below a certain level

If you are a Medicare Beneficiary:

  • You must not be eligible for or enrolled in Low Income Subsidy (LIS) for Medicare Part D
  • You must have spent at least 3% of your annual household income on prescription medicines in the current year

Access Central Coordinators can give you more detailed information on qualifying. Uninsured patients are enrolled for 12 months from their approval date, while Medicare patients are enrolled through December 31 of the year in which they are approved. Patients may reapply for the program. Daiichi Sankyo, Inc. reserves the right to change or cancel the program immediately with respect to any patient, or in its entirety, at any time.
